About the Role:
- Own the status system and traffic flow to keep every project visible and moving.
- Be the watchdog, routing briefs and setting daily priorities to protect deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- QA and proof everything end-to-end, including emails, SMS, forms, and staging builds.
- Steward the regulatory approval chain, ensuring compliance with legal and brand standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in marketing traffic or QA/compliance, with an owner's mindset and proactive communication.
- Near-native English, obsessive proofing skills, and fluency in a publishing stack like HubSpot or Asana.
