General Laborer - Apprentice Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support craftsmen and follow direction to execute work plans safely.
• Engage in hands-on training, classroom learning, and instructional labs to build skills.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organize tools and materials, and assist with demolition.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high safety standards on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven commercial construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new tasks.
• Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
