Troubleshooting
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install security systems and components.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge of electronic security or building automation systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

- Base salary range of $25.35-$36.74 per hour.
