Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical accounts and actively participate in support activities to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution.
- Analyze and evaluate equipment performance, and install required modifications and engineering changes.
- Perform pre-installation assessment and site inspections, and provide phone support as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines and a high school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of electronics, computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel extensively.
