Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' interval-based timing and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, assess and apply proper warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and live in the St. Louis metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties.
• Six months of customer service experience and automotive maintenance or repair experience required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to meet work from home technical requirements.
