What You'll Do:
- Dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers and AAA fleet personnel using multiple communication channels.
- Coordinate with AAA Members, service providers, and fleet teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
- Monitor service requests from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace with high-speed internet connected via Ethernet.
- Ability to work overtime and meet dispatch performance goals.
