Responsibilities:
- Using excellent communication and multitasking skills, respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests.
- Research customer issues and find workable solutions.
- Provide response to inquiries including scheduling appointments, referral inquiries, and insurance questions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent with six or more months of general business experience, preferably in customer service.
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, chat, and excellent demonstration of caring and empathy.
- Flexible with work schedule and able to provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports.
