Role Overview:
- Serve as first point of contact for members, resolving questions and coordinating transportation.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
- Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred; 0-2 years of contact center experience.
- High-speed internet with 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload; ability to hardwire to modem.
- Dedicated work area separated from living spaces; must attend 100% of training on camera.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate of $14.00 per hour.
