Build and manage daily technician schedules and routing using field service management platforms.
Review incoming service requests and assign technicians based on urgency, skill set, and availability.
Monitor technician status in real time and adjust schedules to manage delays and emergencies.

Requirements:

2+ years of dispatching experience in home services industries such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
Experience using scheduling platforms like HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Jobber.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills and ability to manage high volumes of requests.
