Customer Service/Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments in HouseCall Pro or equivalent.
• Handle overflow and after-hours customer inquiries.
• Manage customer calls professionally through VoIP tools and correspond with internal team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in home services.
• Familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar dispatching software.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $1450/mo depending on experience.
