Field Service Engineer 2

Primary Function of Position:

• As a Field Service Support Engineer 2, you will be responsible for installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all products within your designated area.
• Your focus is to meet service agreements and warranty obligations while exceeding customer expectations through expertise in electro-mechanical systems.

Essential Job Duties:

• Provide technical support to end-users and other employees, and conduct training sessions at facilities, training centers, and hospitals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities such as inspections, software updates, and upgrades, and troubleshoot and repair all products in accordance with procedures.
• Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation, and complete all administrative tasks including inventory and expense reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and resolve technical issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory, with a clean driving record and ability to lift 75 lbs.
