Field Service Technician I

About the Role:

• Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and performing preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of Hach devices.
• Work in municipal and industrial settings including wastewater treatment facilities and power plants.
• Daily travel to customer sites within the Tampa, FL area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration using company standard work.
• Serve as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
• Submit accurate service reports and follow safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years field service experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.
