Business Immigration Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accountability for drafting case documents and statutory forms.
• Draft responses to requests for evidence.
• Monitor case status and activities daily.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions.
• Completed bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
• Confidence with independent handling a range of NIV cases preferred: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc

Skills:

• Excellent written + verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to Envoy case processing software.
