New Recruiter – Campus & Technical Sourcing (Toronto)

The company is looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join their Toronto-based Talent team, and in this role, you'll take the lead on campus recruitment efforts, helping build relationships with universities and student communities to attract early-career and emerging talent to Cresta. You’ll also contribute to technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting support, working closely with our Lead Recruiter to help scale our rapidly growing Toronto team. Responsibilities include owning and leading end-to-end campus recruiting initiatives, organizing events, supporting technical sourcing and candidate outreach strategies, partnering with the Lead Recruiter on full-cycle recruiting activities, maintaining data in our ATS and recruiting systems and contributing to the Talent Acquisition roadmap. Qualifications include 3 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
