Manager, Software Engineering (L4)

Team Leadership:

-Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Technical Oversight:

-Oversee the design, development, and delivery of backend systems and REST APIs.

-Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Process Improvement:

-Advocate agile processes, continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
