Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be mainly responsible for the AP processes. Must be organized with a great eye for detail, reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively. Responsibilities include responsibility for several bank accounts (local and foreign), including daily reconciliation and monthly controls. Credit card reconciliation. Handle employee expenses and payroll payments. Intercompany reconciliations. Reconciliation of important vendors’ ledgers and payments. Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed. Work with our global team to resolve and correct intercompany issues and queries. Prepare monthly reports for the FP&A team using excel and google Sheets tools. Other Finance-related duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned.
