National Operations Support Coordinator

The National Operations Support Coordinator facilitates operational success towards Best Friends Animal Society’s no-kill mission by providing oversight for cross-center and cross-department projects and programs. This Coordinator is responsible for providing project support and coordination, as business needs arise, to all direct care teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate projects that increase operational efficiency and lifesaving capacity. Support the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring clear workflows and accountability. Support Shelterluv administration for direct care teams, including account management and troubleshooting. Assist in developing policies and protocols that promote operational consistency and efficiency. Serve as a liaison for new technology solutions, helping to identify shared needs and coordinate implementation. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and deliver training materials and communications to support adoption of new tools and procedures. Administer and maintain the grant management platform.
