Job Description
Source high-potential candidates for Sales, GTM, and Commercial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other tools. Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities. Craft and send personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in our ATS and CRM systems. Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities.
You will provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring teams on pipeline progress and outreach performance. You will also ensure a consistent focus on inclusive sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines and support the TA team with sourcing best practices, tools, and process improvements.
