Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets and budget justifications for U.S. Government grant acquisition efforts and other institutional donors.
- Support financial management across the grant lifecycle, from proposal development through grant closeout.
- Prepare donor-compliant financial reports and conduct budget variance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in grants finance, donor compliance, or financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) and experience with UN and other institutional donors.
