Accounting Functions:
- Timely processing of A/P, A/R and G/L entries for financial statement preparation.
- Prepare monthly grant financial transaction reviews and ensure compliance with sponsor requirements.
- Monitor grant expenditures, research variances, and prepare reimbursement requests and financial status reports.
Grants Administration Functions:
- Support grant proposal development and submission, including budget development and document drafting.
- Maintain grant award files and coordinate administrative functions such as contract review and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with grant-specific rules and assist with subrecipient and vendor administration.
Miscellaneous Functions:
- Oversee general office functions to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
