Grant Accounting, Compliance, and Reporting:
- Manage financial review, accounting, and reporting for assigned grants, including federal grants subject to Single Audit.
- Ensure timely revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and OMB Uniform Guidance.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain grant revenue schedules, reconciling to the general ledger.
NMTC Accounting & Reporting Support:
- Maintain NMTC fund accounting records in accordance with GAAP and reconcile bank accounts.
- Record quarterly accruals of asset management fee revenue and track expenses.
- Review financial statements and tax returns prepared by external auditors, and support fund exits.
Financial Operations:
- Contribute to monthly close activities, including restricted fund reconciliations.
- Partner with finance leadership on systems modernization and process automation.
- Support cross-functional projects for financial technology implementation and continuous improvement.
