Staff Product Manager, Upmarket Onboarding

As Staff Product Manager for Upmarket Onboarding, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for how Vanta onboards upmarket (mid-market and enterprise) customers. This highly strategic role sits at the center of Vanta’s upmarket motion, ensuring every customer experiences a tailored, intuitive, and fast path to seeing value in Vanta’s GRC platform. You’ll build AI-powered experiences to decrease onboarding time from months to days for our most sophisticated customers.

You will define and drive the vision for Vanta’s upmarket onboarding experience, helping organizations import, map, and configure their security programs in Vanta. You'll translate complexity into clarity, prioritize scalable solutions that deliver clarity and confidence throughout onboarding. You will innovate with AI, integrating AI into the core onboarding experience, making it proactive, intelligent, and scalable. Partner directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover needs, test hypotheses and validate solutions.

Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market and cross-functional product teams to drive alignment and execution across the customer journey and shape Vanta’s product culture, helping define what great product management looks like as we scale.
