Team Management:
- Recruit temporary staff through agencies.
- Ensure staff have the capabilities to run events.
- Train others to follow standard operating procedures.
Delivery / Operations:
- Lead all learning events (virtual and in-person).
- Manage an event schedule with partners and internal teams.
- Liaise with Informa clients, consultants and speakers.
Technical Support:
- Offer assistance with attendee connection issues.
- Provide basic technical support during events.
- Generate and download reports (registrations, attendance, polling responses).
