Team Management:

  • Recruit temporary staff through agencies.
  • Ensure staff have the capabilities to run events.
  • Train others to follow standard operating procedures.

Delivery / Operations:

  • Lead all learning events (virtual and in-person).
  • Manage an event schedule with partners and internal teams.
  • Liaise with Informa clients, consultants and speakers.

Technical Support:

  • Offer assistance with attendee connection issues.
  • Provide basic technical support during events.
  • Generate and download reports (registrations, attendance, polling responses).
