Position Overview:
- Coordinate livestream courses across various platforms (Zoom, Vimeo).
- Train, schedule, and supervise moderators, and assist with technical challenges.
- Track and improve Livestream Operation Success Criteria.
What You'll Do:
- Manage classroom logistics, including day-of-event support.
- Act as a liaison with Customer Service for schedule activations and student enrollments.
- Provide quality assurance for courses.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience managing livestream operations.
- Strong leadership and technical proficiency.
