What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the full marketing strategy for Concourse—brand, content, demand gen, and market positioning.
• Build and lead the marketing function from scratch, hiring and managing the team as it grows.
• Create compelling narratives and content that resonate with state and local government decision-makers.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with government or enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions at early-stage startups.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution—you can set the vision and do the work.
