As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate and qualify leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Prospecting, outbound lead generation, qualifying inbound leads, and initiating contact with potential FreeWill partners will be your focus. A crucial role in the sales process, you'll identify qualified opportunities and pass them on to the appropriate account executives.
The SDR role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, working 9-5pm Eastern Timezone (ET). FreeWill offers a base of $60,000 and potential commission of $15,000 for a total on target earnings (OTE) of $75,000 per year, plus stock options.
