PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage member onboarding into credit programs by coordinating training and providing resources.
  • Establish service engagement rules in partnership with customers to align with operational requirements.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience with loan origination processes and MeridianLink Credit interfaces.
  • Proven client-facing experience with ability to engage directly and professionally with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet established deadlines.
