Run a daily close alongside full monthly reconciliations and intercompany cost allocations.
Process contractor and vendor invoices, review expenses, and handle foreign currency payments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment with QuickBooks Online.
Strong reporting skills, attention to detail, and interest in AI tools for automation.
