About the Role:
- You will be a senior individual contributor reporting to the Head of Operations Data, owning systems end to end.
- You will spend 45% of your time on build and integration, 25% on platform maintenance, 15% on governance, and 15% on Mingomba support.
- You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with domain experts across the company.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data operations owning production systems independently.
- You have strong SQL and data modeling skills, and proven ETL and API integration experience.
- You are comfortable with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and have a passion for learning about mineral exploration.
