We are seeking a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team in Vilnius, supporting key activities such as KYC, transaction monitoring, sanction screening, and ongoing risk oversight. This role plays a critical part in protecting our platform, our clients, and our regulatory obligations, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our compliance controls ✅.
You will support all compliance activities for onboarding new clients, including gathering information from public sources, conducting adverse media checks, and reviewing client websites to understand their business and associated risks. Own the periodic refresh of client KYC 📄. Assist with transaction monitoring and investigations , identifying unusual activity and reviewing potentially fraudulent transactions using partner platforms, online research, and payer communications. Support sanction screening , reviewing user matches against international watchlists 🚨. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance issues are managed efficiently and accurately.
