About the Role:

  • Build and maintain customer health scoring models reflecting risk and engagement signals.
  • Develop product usage data models for visibility into customer engagement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analysis for CS leadership and Sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and model upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CS Operations, Sales, Product, and Data teams.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, decision-ready format.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years in analytics, data science, or BI at a SaaS company.
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling in Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
