About AIOS:
- Building the first full-stack AI doctor, with $450M ARR and 200k monthly patients.
- Profitable, founder-led, growing from $7M/yr to $100M+ in 2025.
The Role:
- Drive new category growth as the overall DRI for all non-GLP-1 products.
- Own analysis, launches, growth strategy, cross-sell, unit economics, and retention.
- Build a lean team as the function scales; start scrappy and operate end-to-end.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200k–$400k/yr plus 0.15%–0.50% equity.
