What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end financial aid support across all campuses, deploying resources to highest-priority areas.
- Conduct risk-based file reviews and internal audits to maintain audit readiness and compliance.
- Partner with campus departments to remove barriers and promote student persistence and success.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in higher-education financial aid administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Title IV regulations and financial aid systems.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of formal leadership experience or demonstrated leadership in a student services environment.
