The Vice President of Operations (VPO) provides operational oversight to campuses in their region, improving processes and acting as a liaison between campus and Corporate. The VPO will achieve student outcomes and manage direct reports, focusing on high employee satisfaction. They will also oversee facility planning and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

Under supervision of the Dean of General Education, the adjunct instructor provides a learning experience in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods. They will keep students engaged while following an established curriculum, creating a positive educational climate, and managing student behavior. The instructor also observes and evaluates student performance, provides advisement, grades assignments, and participates in ongoing training sessions.

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enrollment Services drives the admissions process and strategy within their assigned region, working closely with campus leadership, faculty, staff, and community groups to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional student experience. In this role, you’ll shape enrollment initiatives, coach high-performing teams, and partner with senior leadership.
