Position Overview:
- The Director, Clinical Excellence leads clinical excellence managers in their region through account management and customer success.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead clinical excellence managers and collaborate with capital sales team to expand footprints.
- Ensure execution of routine customer business reviews and professionalism in interactions.
- Provide support to customers, partners, and team members both in person and virtually.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, RN, MSN or MBA.
- 5+ years nursing leadership in healthcare or medical device setting.
- Proficiency in compliance, communication, and business planning.
