Interim Clinical Support Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight for clinical escalations, patient safety, and abnormal lab result workflows.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and investigate patient safety events.
• Manage cross-functional projects to improve workflows and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license and minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and experience managing clinical escalations and patient safety events.
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience.
