Team Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of RN quality reviewers with workload oversight, performance feedback, and coaching.
  • Serve as first point of escalation for team questions and operational issues.
  • Coordinate chart audits and peer review cycles applying clinical documentation standards.

Quality and Data Analysis:

  • Analyze chart audit findings and quality data to identify patterns and trends across the nursing team.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable summaries for the Quality Manager.
  • Own collection and management of quality audit data, maintaining dashboards and trackers.

Program Support and Escalation:

  • Support the Quality Manager in executing the quality program by taking on delegated workstreams.
  • Surface audit findings into the closed-loop quality-to-training process.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and issue resolution for clinical incidents.
