Team Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of RN quality reviewers with workload oversight, performance feedback, and coaching.
- Serve as first point of escalation for team questions and operational issues.
- Coordinate chart audits and peer review cycles applying clinical documentation standards.
Quality and Data Analysis:
- Analyze chart audit findings and quality data to identify patterns and trends across the nursing team.
- Synthesize findings into actionable summaries for the Quality Manager.
- Own collection and management of quality audit data, maintaining dashboards and trackers.
Program Support and Escalation:
- Support the Quality Manager in executing the quality program by taking on delegated workstreams.
- Surface audit findings into the closed-loop quality-to-training process.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and issue resolution for clinical incidents.
