• Design and oversee the organization’s Quality and Safety Program.
• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and data analytics.
• Experience supervising employees at various levels.
• Ability to develop team members through mentoring.

Primary Functions:

• Monitor client feedback and satisfaction data to identify trends.
• Establish a data-driven framework for reporting quality outcomes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce variation.
