UI/UX Tech Lead (React)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Alignment: Act as the primary counterpart to the client’s UX Architect to align on design system evolution and cross-product governance.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and coordinate UI engineers across multiple project streams, ensuring high-quality implementations.
• Design System Governance: Drive adoption of the design system and promote component reuse for scalability.
• Quality & Review: Review and approve UI implementations, supporting prototyping and UX flows to meet elite usability standards.

Project Overview:

• Join a high-impact initiative focused on the clean energy and solar manufacturing ecosystem.
• Manage a multi-product ecosystem including proprietary tools like Bid Optimizer and Helios.
• Ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience across all platforms to drive the future of sustainable energy.

Required Skills & Collaboration:

• Must have 6–10+ years in UX/UI or Senior Frontend Engineering roles with advanced expertise in React, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Requires deep understanding of user flows, usability principles, and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Must be based in LATAM and able to collaborate in real-time during US Central Time business hours, with all communication in English.
