Job Description
You’ll join our Optimus team as a Software QA Tester. Optimus (Partner Support Development Team) provides technical support behind the scenes, solving problems and ensuring platform functionality for partner success. As a Software Quality Assurance Tester in Insider Testinium Tech Hub, you will provide testing for customization and support requests from partners. You will also work with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes, establish necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams. You will report and visualize test results, prepare the necessary documentation and test scripts, and ensure that technical integrations are properly managed.
