AI-Accelerated Application Modernization Engineer

We're looking for hands-on, technical leaders who are passionate about application development, excited by the possibilities of AI to modernize legacy software, and who want to help organizations and engineering teams improve the quality and speed of delivery. You’re someone who sees AI not as a future concept but as a present tool that can energize and modernize software for real impact. You will provide technical delivery leadership, uplift engineers, architect technical solutions leveraging AI, and serve as a technical point of contact. You will also organize work for team members and mentor junior team members. Furthermore, you will drive knowledge sharing and participate in business development. As a hands-on leader, we expect you’ll have significant experience with many of the tools and technologies we frequently use with our clients, and be fluent in multiple programming languages
