Position Summary:

  • The Diligence Coordinator is responsible for supporting land and title due diligence for IFM forest carbon project opportunities.
  • This role coordinates with team members to ensure each transaction is accurately vetted and risk assessed.

What You'll Do:

  • Obtain and review title reports, deeds, easements, mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances.
  • Analyze ownership structures and identify risks related to eligibility, ownership clarity, or contracting feasibility.
  • Summarize key findings in clear, structured internal diligence reports.

About You:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in real estate, title, or land acquisition/transaction.
  • Experience reviewing title reports, deeds, easements, and encumbrances.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
