Own major parts of the learner app, including onboarding, daily learning, AI practice, tutor booking, and conversion.
Design for habit and momentum, using research, analytics, and experiments to understand learner behavior.
Work AI-native every day, using AI design tools and agentic workflows while staying the human in the loop.

What we're looking for:

Several years designing and shipping consumer mobile apps that people use every day, with strong interaction and visual craft.
Hands-on research and experimentation, including usability tests and A/B tests, to inform design decisions.
Experience with AI design tools like Claude Design and Figma Make, plus a clear understanding of B2B product dynamics.
