Lifeway is seeking a Remote Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects. The candidate will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project scopes and objectives, tracking progress, managing changes, performing risk management, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate should also have strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud, hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with PPM tools.
