Certified Public Accountant – Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, bill pay, and collections follow-up.
• Prepare and present financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced bookkeeper with proven independent expertise across a portfolio of accounts.
• Client-facing teaching ability with experience explaining finance concepts directly to clients.
• Comfortable on video calls and presenting financial data to non-technical audiences.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position with standard working hours overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Regular collaboration with U.S.-based team and client calls via video meetings.
