Product Director - Financial Management Application

Lead the product vision, strategy and goals for the area to ensure alignment with business objectives. Define and drive the product roadmap for financial modules such as general ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, financial reporting and FP&A. Champion a cloud-native architecture and lead the transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms, infusing the product with AI and automation to streamline workflows. Lead and mentor a team of Product Leads, fostering a culture of innovation and customer empathy and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
