Project & Strategic Leadership:
- Execute and revise project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements, delivering projects on time while exercising financial stewardship over budgets of $500,000+.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating critical operational tasks when necessary.
- Manage the administrative workflow of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring vendors respond on time.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project success criteria, results, metrics, and deployment activities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Create and maintain documentation including executive summaries, steering committee decks, and weekly status reports.
- Work, communicate, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, utilizing strong conflict resolution skills to build consensus.
Advancing Our Mission Through Technology:
- Lead new project initiatives for performance management, new revenue models, and improvements to the contact center.
- Build new processes and procedures supported by software like MS Project or Jira to streamline project onboarding.
- Partner with department leads to drive effective change management strategies for technical transitions.
