Job Description
The Forward Deployed Engineering team serves as technical experts who work directly with customers to solve complex challenges and ensure successful implementations. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will manage key projects, develop a deep understanding of healthcare-specific challenges, and introduce innovative algorithms to address them. You will partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to develop technical requirements and deliver robust solutions. This involves acting as a technical subject matter expert, resolving complex issues, shaping our product roadmap based on customer feedback, and mentoring junior engineers.
The role also requires solving complex technical problems, analyzing possible solutions, and assessing each using standard procedures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software and data in healthcare and technology, with a proven record of thought leadership and solution design.
