About the Role:
- This position owns the product strategy and roadmap for ComPsych's Databricks-based data platform and its API layer.
- You'll define data products, productize the API for internal and external consumers, and own the external developer experience.
- You'll partner with Data Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Security to govern sensitive data access and shape external data-sharing agreements.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in product management with meaningful experience owning data platform, data infrastructure, or API products.
- Direct experience with Databricks or similar modern data warehouse/lakehouse platforms.
- Real fluency in data governance: data quality, lineage, access control, and schema management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.
- Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 USD.
