Responsibilities:
- Administer Jira Server / Data Center, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud environments with a focus on configuration and support.
- Monitor Jira performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for platform stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with Infra, SRE, DBA, and engineering teams to resolve system and performance issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Jira Server / Jira Data Center and Confluence administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with workflows, permissions, custom fields, JQL, and reporting.
- Experience troubleshooting Jira Server issues like logs, indexing, and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Jira architecture, JVM basics, and performance impact of customizations.
- Ability to write and maintain Groovy, Python, or Bash scripts for operational tasks.
- Strong Russian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
